How do I make a reservation?

How far in advance should I book a vehicle?
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for special events. However, we do offer last-minute bookings subject to vehicle availability.
Can I make changes to my booking?

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within within hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our terms and conditions for details.
What is the wait time?
Our drives will wait up to 15 minutes after scheduled pick up time free of charge. After 15 minutes there will be a waiting fee penalty charge.

Do you offer child seats?
Yes, we provide child seats upon request at the time of booking.
Can I bring food and drinks in the vehicle?
No beverages nor food are allowed in the vehicles, keeping the vehicles clean and up to a high luxury standard is very important to us.
Do you accommodate special requests?
Yes, we are happy to fulfill special requests such as decorations, refreshments, or custom routes. Please inform us in advance.
